Versiti Wisconsin, the Versiti Blood Research Institute and the conference organizers of the Translational Glycomics Symposium are committed to providing safe and just working and learning environments for all speakers, staff, sponsors, and attendees. Guided by the Versiti Compliance program and the Versiti Code of Conduct, Versiti and its subsidiaries are committed to maintaining an environment that is free of harassment and intimidation. Any person that believes they have been discriminated against, or has a concern regarding possible unethical, improper, or illegal conduct by Versiti or an affiliate representative is encouraged to report the incident. Individuals who have questions, concerns or complaints related to harassment are encouraged to contact the conference organizer(s) or the HHS Office of Civil Rights.

Any person may also report concerns or misconduct as outlined by the Versiti Whistleblower Policy. This policy offers whistleblower protections in the form of confidentiality, anonymity, and the strict prohibition of retaliation.

Versiti is committed to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct. Versiti’s Chief Legal & Compliance Officer is required to coordinate a full investigation of all reported concerns, in conjunction with other leadership team members and the Audit & Compliance Committee. Appropriate corrective or disciplinary actions, up to and including termination of employment or termination of business relationship, and/or expulsion from all Symposium events will be undertaken for those individuals who have been found in violation of any of these applicable policies and practices.
